Below is a shortlist of events you can register for. But we have access to over 700 events throughout the year around the country including some marathons abroad. If the event you are interested in is not listed, please contact us at info@chana.org.uk and we’ll see what we can do.
Crystal Palace Half Marathon - December
Come and run a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon with us at Crystal Palace Park located in the South-East London suburb of Crystal Palace.
The park is situated on the Norwood Ridge, offering views of Central London, Greenwich and the North Downs. This undulating route in the beautiful park is the perfect opportunity for a fun morning run, even passing a few dinosaurs along the course!
BrighTEN Seafront Run - 10k
Join us for the BrighTEN Seafront Run, featuring a scenic 10-miler or a 10K run along the stunning Brighton seafront. This is your chance to challenge yourself while soaking in the beautiful coastal views!
Cambridge Half Marathon
This fast and flat course starts and finishes on Victoria Avenue in the center of Cambridge, with Midsummer Common as the event site. Previous courses have guided athletes from Midsummer Common through the city center and have included exclusive access to four University of Cambridge colleges, providing breathtaking views and a glimpse of iconic landmarks not typically visible.
This event is well-known for its exceptional encouragement along the way, provided by spectators, our dedicated volunteers, as well as music hotspots by local musicians and bands who cheer on participants and maintain their motivation.
Whether you are a novice runner or a competitive athlete aiming for a personal best, this event is an ideal selection.
Chase the Moon Battersea
Come and run for us in the Battersea Park race in either the 5K or the 10K race!
Battersea Park is one of London’s most picturesque parks and has been a favourite course for those wanting to run a PB! The course is totally flat, offering the perfect opportunity to push yourself to a personal best. Starting and finishing at the Parks Bandstand this course laps the park making it easy to follow and great for any spectators to catch you flying round the course.
Shakespeare Half Marathon
This flat and fast route, follows 1 lap for the half marathon and 2 laps for the marathon. The majority of the route follows closed roads around the town, with the remainder on the Stratford Greenway footpath, a hard compact footpath, ideal for pb racing!
The route heads from the town centre, past the racecourse, into Luddington & Welford-on-Avon before joining the Stratford Greenway back into Stratford-upon-Avon. The half marathon will head into the Recreation Ground from there. The marathon will complete a 2nd, extended loop, which also heads through Long Marston, before returning to the Recreation Ground for the finish.
Newcastle-Gateshead Marathon
We are excited to announce the Newcastle-Gateshead Marathon.
These ROAD CLOSED courses take in the famous landmarks of Gateshead including Gateshead Millennium Bridge, The Glasshouse International Centre for Music, BALTIC, Tyne Bridge, Swing Bridge and finishes in the iconic Gateshead International Stadium.
Gateshead International Stadium is the third largest sporting venue in Tyne and Wear and the North East’s only IAAF-standard athletics stadium. The venue has hosted IAAF Diamond & Golden League Athletics and the European Cup featuring the superstars of athletics. You will be joining many World Champions & Olympians have crossed the finish line at Gateshead International Stadium where five world records broken in track and field on the famous track.
Gear 10K
If you’re after a fun fitness challenge in the picturesque setting of King's Lynn, a historic Norfolk market town, then this one’s for you.
Each year, thousands of runners gather to take part in the Recipharm Grand East Anglia Run (GEAR) 10K.
The wonderfully scenic route takes in the pretty town centre, River Ouse pathway and The Walks. Runners also pass famous landmarks such as the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower along the way.
The course is flat and suitable for all, making the event enormously popular. In fact, this event sold out the last few years. So, if you want to get a fun, friendly and fantastic spring event in your running diary, book your place now!
Leeds Marathon
Join us for the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon.
Former Leeds Rhinos player Rob Burrow was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in December 2019. Since then, Rob and his family have campaigned tirelessly to raise awareness and funds to support other families living with MND.
The 2023 Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon saw over 10,000 participants take the street of Leeds, taking in some of the city's most scenic countryside and outer suburbs, the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon will be a fitting tribute to the city that launched Rob’s career and which he called home.
This is an event that truly is for everyone, so whether you are an experienced runner or have never thought about running an event before, we welcome all abilities to join us for this very special event.
Womens Run Series Manchester
The Women’s Run Series returns to Manchester on Sunday 17th May 2026!
At Women's Run Series, our mission is to create a truly safe and inclusive space for women’s running, empowering individuals to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle. We are dedicated to increasing female and ethnic minority participation in running events, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, feels welcome and supported.
Together, we strive to build a vibrant community where every woman has the opportunity to thrive and inspire others to do the same.
Our entirely female events team is here to open those doors and help you break down those barriers that may have prevented you from joining an event like this before!

Weybridge
Starting from Walton Lane, the chip-timed Half Marathon follows the River Thames towards Weybridge Town Centre. It then winds back through the finish line, for the first time, where you can experience the cheering crowd before heading back towards Weybridge along Oatlands Drive. Once past the Weybridge Monument, there is a scenic trip back along Walton Lane to the finish line.
Hertfordshire Half
The start line is positioned at historical Knebworth House for a dramatic effect, and the half marathon route explores the beautiful gardens of Knebworth Park before leading runners out to the surrounding countryside. The Hertfordshire Half Marathon is a Road closed event which gives runners a rare opportunity to have the roads for themselves, this is unprecedented in this neighbourhood. So get out there and enjoy it.
Knebworth House is a grade II listed house set in acres of beautiful gardens and parkland. Knebworth House has welcomed many music artists for major open-air concerts, including Robbie Williams, Oasis, Led Zepellin and Red Hot Chilli Peppers. The grounds are home to popular tourist attractions including an adventure playground and dinosaur trail.
