I have a BSC in Biochemistry and a PHD in Medical Molecular Endocrinology for which my original research was in the genetics of delayed puberty and infertility. He graduated in medicine from St Andrew’s University and King’s College London, later completing subspecialty training in reproductive medicine at University College London Hospital. Following this, he was then appointed as consultant at UCLH where he led the Reproductive Medicine Unit, developing the NHS IVF service. Owing to his extensive medical expertise, he was recruited by Johns Hopkins International in 2012 to set up and run the IVF centre at Corniche Hospital in Abu Dhabi, the largest women’s hospital in United Arab Emirates, until his return to the UK to take up his NHS appointment at St Mary’s and Hammersmith hospital. He has wide experience in IVF and provides a highly individualised approach to patients, making tailor-made protocols to achieve the highest pregnancy rates.
