CHANA supports couples and individuals at different stages of
their journey – beginning with the initial realisation and
first consultations through the ups and downs, which is the world
of infertility. Issues may include emotional turmoil, treatment
options, miscarriage, loss, coping with relationships or extended
family concerns.
Support and information is offered over the telephone, personal
consultation or e-mail by a team of professional counsellors*
and social workers and in a confidential setting, sensitive to
the needs of the orthodox community.
A CHANA support worker is available to answer the Confidential
Helpline during the following times:

Male and Female Support Workers are available, and
languages spoken include French, German, Yiddish and Hebrew.
Appointments for meetings can be arranged by calling
the helpline and are available in confidential locations in NW
